EASYBOOKINGS states and warrants that it has implemented and will continue to implement security measures of technical and organizational nature necessary to ensure the security of personal data in order to prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, processing and/ot access, taking into account the current state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risk to which they are exposed. EASYBOOKINGS when access any personal data, commits to:

Safeguard them through legally security measures of technical and organizational nature that guarantee their security, thus preventing their alteration, loss, treatmentr or unauthorized access, in accordance with the current state of technology, nature of the data and possible risks to which they are exposed.
Use or apply the data exclusevely for the purpose of the agreed services.

Ensure that the data are handled only by wokers whose intervention is necessary for the provision of this document. Once the service is completed, they must make sure that they have destroyed or returned the information, as well as all the media or documents on which it appears, without retaining any copy. EASYBOOKINGS may disclose the information of the users to third parties solely for the purpose of completing the request booking and for administrative reasons in accordance with the legislation for the realization of travel / service for certain countries. Any data collected in this manner on the website will be transmitted in accordance with the provisions of the RPDP, to the entities involved to contract the required services to the extent absolutely necessary for the realization / service intended and for compliance with the legislation of the countries of destination.

SECURITY

EASYBOOKINGS reserves the right to cancel the booked services after confirmation of the reservation if payment is not made according to the established by both parties.
